Star Wars Outlaws Ignoring 1 Open World Trope Wasn’t Such a Big Deal Before, Proving Fans Like Outrage

by NewsB

As fans eagerly wait for the arrival of Star Wars Outlaws, many simply won’t give in to the hype. The reasons are the bigger concern, as there’s no evidence of something that is potentially going to be game-breaking.

A faithful gamer has pointed out how there’s nothing to be worried about here, and the community simply has a habit of complaining about things without any real reason.

Fans of Star Wars never shy away from diving into yet another experience that takes them across the galaxy and throws them into a new adventure. The same goes for those eagerly waiting for Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world experience set in a familiar universe.

Star Wars Outlaws looks to be the new promising entry into the franchise’s open-world subgenre. While games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor were pretty massive in their own right, Outlaws looks to further expand the possibility of exploring unique nuances of the Outer Rim.

Unfortunately, not every fan wants to build healthy expectations around the game. This has been pointed out by user, Puzzleheaded_Big6997, on Reddit, and their words feel true and in place.

The user points out how people have been complaining about the upcoming game endlessly. Some have a problem with Ubisoft’s involvement, while others have issues with the lack of a character creation option. The post goes on to talk about how fans never had a problem with this before.

While there’s no actual evidence supporting a generalized opinion against the game, it’s safe to say that Ubisoft is the reason why people won’t put their faith or hype in the game.

The game’s in-depth gameplay reveal on YouTube showcased a lot of different mechanics and adventures for players to be a part of. However, the comment section is filled with opinions that refuse to be in favor of the game.

With 26,000 likes and 12,000 dislikes, the “cautiously optimistic” fan base may have built anticipation for the game but would refuse to say it out loud. This isn’t the first time gamers have voiced their skepticism about anything Ubisoft has been working on, and it’s unlikely this behavior is going to stop.

Hopefully, Star Wars Outlaws’ arrival on August 30, 2024, will change players’ minds and prove that Ubisoft still has the potential to create great games.

But, what do you think about this? Do you believe that the game will actually surpass expectations? Let us know in the comments below.
